Eastroc Beverage (Group) Co., Ltd (the "company") has been listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 605499.SH) since May 2021 and is currently trading with a market capitalization of nearly RMB60 billion.

We are a leading beverage company, primarily engaged in the research and development, production and sales of energy drink products, especially our core products, Eastroc Super Drink, as well as standard soft drink products and packaged drinking water products, such as Eastroc "DA KA" , Eastroc Yougan Lemon Tea , Eastroc Carbonated Energy Drink , Eastroc Zero-Sugar Super Drink , Eastroc Chenpi Special Drink , Eastroc Natural Water . We have accumulated a profound understanding of the beverage industry. We have a deep insight in the consumption trend of the beverage industry, and constantly promote product upgrades and innovation. With energy as the basis, we refine taste and functional requirements for different customers, and develop new products with different formulas, creating a diversified product matrix of "Eastroc Energy Plus" with Eastroc Super Drink as the core product, which caters to increasingly extended consumption scenarios and diversified customer requirements.

We have successfully established our well-known brand "Eastroc Super Drink" with our slogan "Drink Eastroc if you feel tired or drowsy". We adhere to a scenario-based strategy with an aim to enable our brand to become the first association when our customers are tired or drowsy, making our brand a super symbol in the Chinese energy drink industry.

According to the Frost & Sullivan Report, we ranked first in the Chinese energy drink industry in terms of s ales volume for two consecutive years in 2020 and 2021. In 2019, 2020 and 2021, we ranked second in terms of the market share of our retail sales, representing twice of that of the company ranking the third.

We are also the fourth largest energy drink company in global energy drink market in 2021. Among the top five energy drink companies globally, we ranked first in terms of growth rates for sales volume and sales amount from 2019 to 2021, which were far higher than that of our competitors.

We integrated leading information technology into our business operation to empower the entire value chain with digitalization. We built a digitalized management system throughout our business processes to continuously enhance our level of refinement in production, marketing and channel management, thereby improving our operational efficiency to the maximum extent.

We have established and put into operation seven production bases, namely Zengcheng base , Southern China base , Dongguan base , Anhui base , Nanning base , Chongqing base and Haifeng Water Plant. Meanwhile, our Changsha base and Quzhou base are under construction, and our total production capacity will be further improved after they are put into operation.

As of June 30, 2022, we cooperated with 2,590 distributors covering more than 2.5 million terminal retail outlets nationwide. Our distribution network penetrated to 31 provinces and 329 prefecture-level administrative divisions, representing 99% of prefecture-level administrative divisions across China.

We achieved significant growth in revenue and profit. In 2019, 2020 and 2021, we recorded operating revenue of RMB4,209 million, RMB4,959 million and RMB6,978 million respectively, representing a CAGR of 28.8%. Our net profit amounted to RMB571 million, RMB812 million and RMB1,193 million in 2019, 2020 and 2021, respectively, representing a CAGR of 44.6%, and our net profit margin amounted to 13.6%, 16.4% and 17.1% in respective period.
